Do I need to know how to code?

No. You copy instructions and make decisions (your message, your domain, your style). Your AI CEO writes all the code. If you can write an email, you can do this.

What does it really cost?

The live: free. The site: your domain, ~$15/yr. Cloudflare: free at your scale. Claude, if you keep it after: ~$20/mo, and it serves you well beyond the site.

What if I can't attend live?

Registered attendees get the replay. But be honest with yourself: the value is doing it in real time. The "later" replay rarely ends in a website online.

Why do I need to prepare beforehand?

Creating the accounts takes 20 minutes and some have validation delays. If everyone does it during the live, the hour is gone. Prepared, you build. Unprepared, you watch.

What's the catch? Why free?

No catch: you leave with a real website. This live is my demonstration. If you then want a full AI CEO installed across your whole business (not just the site), that's my job, and you'll know where to find me.
